Tonight was our Back To School Ice Cream party with our homeschool group. Many of my favorite people were MIA - I hope they are rejoining the group this year. My friend, Denise Hill, went with me. I'm hoping she'll join. I think she might.
Here's a funny picture I took last week. We were so low on groceries and I didn't have time to go to the store. I finally went the next day. Check out my refrigerator! Can you believe it?

Glad you had a good first day of school. Our first day was Monday also. Felt good to be starting.

You asked about the crafts below -- was thinking you should google "elementary kids crafts" and see what comes up. I've done it before and found TONS of cute and inexpensive things to do for art and such. Most of the ones I found used things like empty milk jugs (well washed out), or clean coffee cans, etc. -- you just never know what kewlness awaits in googleland. LOL
