Round 2!

How did your Halloween go? If you have little ones, I hope all went well and you got some fabulous pictures.

With the rain in the forecast, I was not anticipating getting any good pictures of Caroline. This morning I had a little photo shoot in the dining room but she had just gotten up and she didn't look vibrant enough. The photos are dull and don't really look like her. Then it rained while we were on the Square trick-or-treating so she looked all messy. I was hoping the rain would hold off so I could take some mid-afternoon pictures outside and thankfully - it did! We had a bright, cloudy sky, just perfect for pictures.

My friend from church, Nancy, came over and brought her adorable little girl, Kenzie. Before we went Trick-or-Treating, we had a big ole photo shoot in my yard and boy howdy was it fun. There is absolutely nothing more that I love to do than take pictures. I took 170 or so pictures from about 4 pm on today and about half of them are wonderful. I went through and brutally deleted the ones that were even barely blurry. I kept only the best and I am just loving them. (Sorry to brag! ha!)

Here's a few of my faves...

My very favorite of Caroline from the whole day....
My favorite shot I took of Kenzie (isn't she a doll?!)...
And here's a hilarious picture I took of this little boy we met tonight. I asked him what his outfit was and he said....A SNIPER!!! I was like, "okaaaayyyyeeee." ha! I didn't know what to say! Isn't this picture a hoot?
I have more pics for tomorrow...so many to share, I hope you don't mind! I'm in a very Halloweenie scrappin' mood now so maybe this week I can tackle some past year's pics and hey, I might even get a few of these printed!

Happy Halloween!

LOVE the pictures!
We had fun last night...only went to a few placed because Grayson is just now realizing that some spooks are scary. He decided we were done last night when an older couple (playing around) told him he scared them!
Boys are doing much better. Grant is still a little snotty, but feeling much better.
We didn't get to go to any pumpkin patches this year ;(. Thinking of going to the apple orchard as soon as it isn't raining.

OooH! I like that idea! Of going to an apple orchard! I might make that one into a tradition for ThanksGiving! FUN FUN FUN! This was our first Halloweeen in our new neighborhood, so we got to see what it's like here. I must say, I loved it.
