I'm home!

I'm finally home! I couldn't believe it this morning when they told me they were releasing me. I'm so happy to be clean and have my comfy pj's on and have internet access. :)

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who said a prayer for me. You will NEVER know how much it means to me. If you left me a comment, you are dear to my heart. I will always be thankful to you for all your prayers and well-wishes. I know it made the things I had to endure be more bearable. I just wish I could give you all a big hug.

My house is one big mess and that pesky bathroom still hasn't been cleaned but I'm just going to have to take it one day at a time and go slow. I'm bruised/sore but other than that, I feel pretty great! I still have some clots in my arm - I will have to be on blood thinning medication for months and have lots of checkups but they have assured me that they will go away with time.

I might not update for a few days since I have so much cleaning to do but I'll be back to normal soon.

Thank you again for all your thoughts, prayers and well-wishes. I'm so blessed to know each of you that read my blog.

I've been praying for you since I saw this a couple days ago-- I'm so sorry! I am glad that you made it home today-- and will pray for your continued healing. How is Caroline- did this scare her? I hope your family is all snuggled up together enjoying you being home tonight!

I am so glad that you are home. I wanted to come by the hospital and see you before I left, but I didn't have a babysitter for K. I am so glad that you are home and doing better. I will continue to pray for you and your family.

Oh good! I'm glad your home. That was scary! Not only for you but for your friends. We prayed for you and kept you in our thoughts. Hey listen...I know you want that house clean. PLEASE take it easy! I know it will make you feel better! Don't argue with me! One step at a time! How awesome is that offer from Jill? I would offer, but shoot I can't even clean my own house. Take her up on it. It would probably be nice to have the company too.

So glad you are home, Tracie. I agree with the rest of the commenters - take any offers for help. Don't do too much on your own. I know you are like me and want everything near perfect, but your health is more important right now.

I'll be thinking and praying for you still. I hope the soreness goes away quickly.
