little happies.

Have you ever bought something and been so happy that you smiled all the way home from the store?

I did Tuesday night!

I absolutely love and adore glass Christmas ornaments.
I buy a few each year and I have almost 100 for my Living Room tree.
I try to buy about 4 a year at this point because I'm running out of room!

So I was in Hobby Lobby Tuesday night and their ornaments were half price.
I was disappointed at how picked over they were but I really, really looked and...

I found two of my favorite ornaments I've ever bought!!!!

Check out how precious these are!

This one really reminds me of Caroline for some reason. Just a sweet little girl.
I try not to buy Santas or snowmen anymore because I have so many on the tree.
So it's nice to find a figure like this that is unlike anything else I have.
Isn't she sweet?

This one is the one that made me smile all the way home (well both, really).
It's TWO PEAS!
Most of you know, I've been visiting a site called twopeasinabucket.com for 6 years.
I used to go on it about two hours a day but lately I just check in weekly.
But I will always love it and 2 Peas will always be a part of my life.
So when I saw this ornament, I was tickled pink!!!!

Just some little happies to make my day.

We're going to have a deep cleaning day Friday then I'll start decorating.
The dust in my room is so thick, I think it's contributing to my coughing.
Mike is going to help me move the furniture out and clean. I can't wait.

I'm ready for the Christmas season to begin.
I have so much to do! Take Caroline's Christmas picture, send my cards, decorate, shop, wrap, plan the month, get an advent calendar, make lists, bake, etc.!
Can't wait!

Happy Thanksgiving!

They are so sweet! I will have to check out our H.L. and see what I can find..I usually buy one new one every year.
I have a mixture of ornaments..very, very old to recent. I even have an ornament that {I} made in Kindergarten!
I will have to say I still am loving the tunes that pull up when I visit your blog..I guess the Lord must be in New York City:)
Happy Thanksgiving, Turkey!!!:)

Those are very cute! We have been putting some stuff up today. Now that I can have two trees I want one of them to have a theme but I don't know what! This year one has all of our ornaments that we have collected over the years and the other one is going to have all homemade stuff on it. We are going to make popcorn chains too. Should be fun! I love your decorations - very classy!
