Thank you, my friends.

After hearing from my two nurse friends and you all, I feel okay about discontinuing the antibiotic. My friend who is an RN working at Vanderbilt ER right now said there's a lot of this going around. But she did say it's lasting 7-10 days and we're on Day 14th. I just had to leave church with Caroline and I about lost it when she said she was sick again. (Not mad, just upset.) She was fine before we got there and I wanted to be there. I had the Elders pray for her in the conference room. At this point...I just have to trust God and turn it over to Him. Please, please continue (or start!) to pray for my sweet angel.

I do have some good news!!

I got a job!!!

I am SO happy. I've been "working" for my Pastor's son for about a year now, just off and on. Now it's official. They hired me to be the Personal Assistant to the four Pastors (2 couples). I work in the office every Wednesday and the rest I can do from home! I enjoy every minute of it so it really doesn't seem like work.

I am praising God for blessing me. I will finally have some fun money for the first time in 2007! I can even pay for Mike's Christmas gifts! I thought he was gonna have to buy his own, there for a while. ha-ha! It's a good feeling. Today was my first day in the office and it went great.

So good news and bad. My baby's still sick but God is still blessing me.

I'm leaning on this....
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God... Philipians 4:6

Oh, wonderful, Tracie! I know it's so hard to focus on the good things, when you're so worried about your little one.

And. . . there's NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING worse than your little ones being sick.

By the way, you QUOTED my favorite verse of the Bible! YAY!!

Phil 4:7 (the rest of my fave) goes: and the PEACE of God, that surpasses all comprehension, will GUARD your minds and hearts in Christ Jesus.

Know that He and He ALONE will bring you through it, even when you don't understand it.

Thanks for a GREAT post!
