Okay, here's that Cream-Cheese Spaghetti Recipe everyone keeps asking me for.
I don't know if it's actually called that. I just call it that.
This recipe is from my friend, Tammy Graves.
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Cook 1 lb. Angel Hair pasta or Thin Spaghetti
Brown 1 lb. Ground Beef
Add jar/can Spaghetti Sauce of your choice (I use Hunt's) + 1/2 c. Water
Drain hot pasta and put back in big pot you cooked it in, immediately mix in cream cheese mixture. Stir until it is very well mixed.
Put noodle mixture into 9x13 casserole dish.
Pour sauce on top.
Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until hot.
Don't overbake or it will dry out.
Right before it's done, I add about 1 cup of shredded mozzarella (optional).
I'm actually thinking of spreading the noodle mixture into 1 and 1/2 casserole pans because it could use a little more sauce, in my opinion. Then I would do 2 cans of sauce and 1 lb. of beef and divide the sauce. You can experiment.
It is very good if you follow this recipe.
Of course you'll need salad and garlic bread too!
