this week's menu

I just got back from my weekly trip to get groceries. I love a full fridge!

Tuesday: Chicken Salad or Turkey and Cheese on Croissant, Side Salad, Fruit
Wednesday: Big Salad w-Cucumber, Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Cheese, Egg
Thursday: Meat Loaf, Mashed Potatoes, White Beans, Corn or Peas
Friday: Good Friday - Eat Out with Friends
Saturday: Eat Out Cheap
Easter Sunday: Pot-Roast w-Potatoes and Carrots, Cheesy Potatoes, Green Beans, Slaw, Yeast Rolls with Sweet Tea

did you like the dragon movie? my kids want to see it too.

tonight we had grilled chicken (marinated in hawaiian marinade, baked sweet potatoes & spinach salad w/ grape tomatoes, walnuts, strawberries, mandarin oranges with raspberry vinagrette dressing. yummy

tomorrow is grilled porkchops (marinated in homemade bbq sauce), broccoli and salad

wednesday is meat loaf, mashed potatoes and pinto beans w/ cornbread

thursday is penne pasta w/ chicken, asparagus, sundried tomatoes & artichoke hearts. salad and bread

friday is chicken enchiladas, refriend beans and rice.

trying to be healthier, trying to have more salads.

LOL - you said reFRIEND beans! You really go all out! My meals are simple! I wanna come eat with you!

Tracie, don't let the grill scare you. I used to be the same way but there really is nothing to it. Now I use it more than Chris. Although I must say when he grills it does usually turn out better.
