(See yesterday's post for the first two cards.)
Have I mentioned I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the colors in this line?
Also, love this font for cutting titles - AS Black Swan. I will be using it frequently, I'm sure.
I actually have a double layer on this title because I cut it out of a lighter cream color and wanted it darker.
So I cut another layer and instead of taking the first one off, I just added it on top.
I love the dimension it gives in person!
I added the patterned strips to a separate piece of kraft cardstock.
I popped that section up on foam dots and I love the weight it gives to the card.
I prefer to use a separate piece of kraft to build on, when I'm doing strips.
I try to keep a large stash of this kraft cardstock on hand.
I get it in a pack at Hobby Lobby when it is 50% off so I only pay about $2.50 for 25 sheets of 12x12.
Something like that. Certainly affordable enough to keep it on hand and use it!

One thing I'm really enjoying lately is adding a little something to the inside of the card.
I did this exact design recently but I thought, hey - why reinvent the wheel? If it works - do it again!
Yep, 12 each of 3 designs.
And I have all this left!
I'm dreaming of what I'll make with it now.
Thanks Cosmo Cricket for so many great designs in one affordable paper pad (around $6).
