Being a self-proclaimed cheapie - I normally do not pay full price for books, however, I received quite a bit of birthday money last week so when I found this book in Michaels yesterday - I splurged.
It had my name written all over it....
What? You can't see my name written there?Just kidding. Hopefully it has my future written where it says "How to sell your crafts locally, globally and online."
Just the info I was looking for at the reasonable price of $14.99.
As you can see, I'm studying it carefully...
Tonight in Walgreens, I picked up this super cute journal on sale for $2.19!
I plan to use this journal to write down notes as I read my lovely new book.
The most fantabulous, rockin' part of this journal is the front half has regular lined paper
but the second half is BLANK PAGES! Oh I loves me some blank pages.
I see sketches of all my little product ideas going there.
I'm only going to use this journal to plan, dream, sketch, brainstorm and write about my selling my crafts.
I shared all this with my husband tonight and showed him my rockin new journal. He said...
"That is so YOU." I said, "I know - right??!" I love that man. He gets me.
In crafty news.....I started a mini-album a couple days ago.
I have picked out the papers. Cut them all down to size.
I'm using pictures from my birthday celebration at Chili's last week.
I printed them 4-up on a 5x7 at Sam's Club because 5x7's at Sam's are only 38 cents! Rock on!
I've already placed all the pictures and now I'm picking out embellishments.
I'll be posting about that tomorrow and sharing the completed mini by the end of the week.
I loves me some minis.
Back tomorrow with some of my process on picking out embellishments by color.
Stay cool people.
