I shared my list page last week, here's a better look at the pocket page across from it. I use a clear 2x2 square that says "enjoy" and some new Heidi Swapp paper from her planner line with a gold sticker on top.
I absolutely love this little pocket page size and I didn't use the one for January so I added a second one this month. It holds a picture of my husband and me across from some heartfelt journaling. I put a white piece of cardstock behind it on the left so you could see it better...
I love border stickers like this one by Fancy Pants called Happy-Go-Lucky Tape Stickers .
February gave us the most snow I can ever remember in Tennessee, especially this late in the year. I love this enlarged photo of Caroline in the snow. Mike snapped it with his phone, then I edited it in Pic Tap Go and it still printed out crystal clear, enlarged to 6.25 x 8.25. Yay!!! I'm really loving printing at home on my Canon Pixma printer.
The album came with some lined paper that I love so I thought it would be fun to print out a free printable by Christy Tomlinson and decorate it just as a little something pretty in my album. I cut strips from the new Heidi Swapp paper pad and layered them behind the printable, then I added some gold foil chipboard pieces from a Heidi Swapp Project Life kit.
I LOVE Christy's drawings. I'm quite obsessed with them right now...
I left the page across from this blank and the backside of this blank because I think I have some more pictures somewhere from February, on my camera card, from Caroline's phone or Mike's. I wanted to give myself the option of adding pics into this album as the year progresses and I think of stories I want to tell or find photos.
That's it! I'll share March's monthly spread next Monday! :)
