I made it 3x3 because I just love that size right now! To make the cover, I started with a cereal box. I cut it down and glued two 3x3 pieces back to back for strength/weight. (I put the plain side out, printed side got the glue.) Then I covered the front with strips of patterned paper from a 6x6 paper pad by Pebbles called Walnut Grove. I like mixing patterns from a paper pad because you know they will all look good together, right?
I chose 12 patterns from the paper pad and laid them all out on my desk and then laid each photo on top of the one I thought best complimented it.
I used a "currently" list of prompts to help me decide what to document.
To finish the album, I used my Crop-a-Dile to punch holes and binder rings to bind it.
For the back, I used some left over strips of pattern and letter stickers to remember when the list was from. A "currently" list really needs the date somewhere!
Thanks for stopping by! Happy scrapping this weekend!
