memory planner monday

Here's my April monthly spread for my Artful Memory Planner project. I'm having a hard time getting a good picture today so I'll add put up some more when the light is better.

This month, I didn't have a long time to spend on this so I kept it simple by sticking with one 6x6 paper pad. I'm really enjoying using paper pads for this project because the paper all coordinates and it's not as hurtful to cut into all the different papers for just a tiny square. I used the front and back of each paper in the pad, with the exception of one, I think. I really could have kept embellishing but the patterns are what make this project pretty to me. I like to just let them stand alone. I like how this collection has a green aqua and a blue aqua together. I also like that it has red and pink and black and gold. I just love this paper pad and look forward to using more of it!

The colors in my photo and the paper pad photo don't really do it justice. It's gorgeous!!

April was a milestone month for me. I turned 45 and left my job of 7.5 years. I will definitely be making a layout to go after this page about some thoughts I have and also adding a pocket page full of photos. Stay tuned for that!

Thanks for stopping by!
