A few months ago, I was lettering in a blank book, just doodling as I often do and I wrote the word "inspired." Then I started thinking about inspiration and how much I need it to build a creative business. I said a bunch of words out loud that were followed by "inspired" and then it finally hit me, the word I was looking for was "live." I realized that in order for me to have a successful creative business, I had to find a way to live inspired.
I realized that what I was picturing in my mind was a movement of inspiration. A fountain of creativity flowing down from a thousand sources, channeled in a way that would help me to help you to live inspired. I decided that first and foremost, I had to find out from all the people who inspire me how they live inspired. Then I felt a burgeoning excitement to share that knowledge with others, like myself, who work in the creative industry but I also wanted to inspire everyday real-life scrapbookers.
After much more doodling, a whole lot of brainstorming while chewing on pencils and after a few deep discussions with creative friends, my vision has finally become a reality.

Each Friday, I will post a video sharing my guest's work and a layout inspired by them. Then I'll challenge you to make a project inspired by the video and you can inspire others by sharing it using the hashtag #liveinspiredchallenge on your social media. You can also post your project in the Facebook community I host, on a Live Inspired thread I start each week.
If you're not into the creative business side of things, you can just watch the video or read the blog post with the challenge. I do think the show will be very inspiring to anyone creative because a) the people I'm interviewing are all inspiring and b) we'll be talking about their creative process and inspiration in general.
Are you feeling inspired yet? I hope so! This has been a long time in the making and I just cannot tell you how happy I am that I can finally tell you about it.
Check back tomorrow for a link to this week's video and challenge, inspired by Shanna's awesome scrapbooking and art! Have a great Thursday!
