live inspired - video & challenge #4

Hello lovies! Thanks so much to each of you for all your kind words about Live Inspired, the podcast and the videos. It means so much to me to have your support! I truly mean that!

This week, my guest on the Live Inspired podcast is Jeana Goodwin, owner of Felicity Jane.

I'm really in awe of Jeana's talent and design skills and it was a pleasure to make a video based on her awesome work. I hope you enjoy it too!

Here's Jeana's layout that inspired me...

So cute! I knew this would be a fun design to replicate. I'll definitely use this design again soon. It's great if you have a lot of 3x4 pocket page cards and one photo you want to showcase. For this layout, I decided to use a photo of my bestie, Tiffany. I love this picture of her from a couple years ago when we went to the last CK Convention in Nashville!

My layout is a bit more neurotically neat than Jeana's but I think it bears a striking resemblance. :)

Speaking of striking, isn't my Tiff-Tiff a little doll in this picture? I love that girl! She really is all kinds of awesome so I used the Felicity Jane stamps to journal about her...

I love to see the layouts side by side each week. It just makes me giddy to know I got one more layout done!

Pretty cool, huh? Just a note: mine is one of those pages that is prettier in person. The acrylic letters don't really translate well to a photo. These colors pop in real life. I'm loving how it turned out. If you were inspired this week, I'd love for you to make a layout inspired by Jeana and share it using the hashtag #liveinspiredchallenge!

Thanks to each of you who made a layout inspired by last week's guest, Jana Eubank. The winner of the giveaway is announced at the end of the video above so don't miss it!!!

I've already taped next week's Live Inspired and it's a great one so I'm excited for you to hear it. :) Have a lovely weekend as we prepare for the holidays which have arrived a little too quickly for me!

Happy crafting!

Love, love, love your layout about your bestie. Great photo of Tiffany, the colors and embellies are perfect. And I love how well it all came together. It was delightful that you had a ruler and a t-square. You're adorable. Thanks for encouraging us to live inspired.

Awww, I feel so special. Love that photo of me! Love your layout! (It makes me want to use more of those enamel dots you finally talked me into buying - lol.) Love your sweet stamped journaling about me too! This was definitely a touch of brightness to my Monday morning. Thanks, girl!

Was a neat podcast to listen to. And I love BOTH the inspiration layout and your take on this, Tracie. PS. I'm a blog reader... I know the trend these days is for instant gratification, but, I enjoy reading blogs. I regularly check 10-12 scrapping blogs.
