live inspired - episode 10

For many years, I've wanted to talk to Noell Hyman from Paperclipping and ask her, oh...about a million questions. Yesterday, I finally got the chance to do just that. We had such an incredible conversation that it turned into an hour and 45 minutes worth of chatting! After about 45 minutes, I asked her if we could continue talking and she graciously agreed so I decided to do a Part One and Part Two of our interview.

In case you don't know her, Noell Hyman is the owner of Paperclipping. She has created a library of over 200 high quality, instructional videos for scrapbooking and she is the host of The Paperclipping Roundtable, the premiere audio show for scrapbooking. Noell (along with the help of her husband, Izzy) changed the face of the scrapbook industry with their innovative use of technology.

Don't miss next week's show to hear the rest of this awesome interview and be sure to check out Noell by visiting Paperclipping.

If this is your first visit here, here's a fun post that tells you all about me! :)

I remember back in 2007... we were driving to WDW (that's a 3 day drive BTW LOL)

DH was big in the podcast-sphere of his hobby at the time (which had already really taken off). He was downloading a bunch of podcasts (onto Discs so we could listen to them in my van LOL) and asked me if there were any podcasts I wanted to add. I calmly explained that scrapbooking is a VISUAL medium, so while we had a few people making VIDEOcasts, audiocasts weren't really a thing LOL

I remember waiting for Noell to post Paperclipping videos on Two Peas!

Later I found the DISNEY podcasts en masse, and Paperclipping Roundtable. It took me a while to find others I liked. (I'll admit it -- I listened to your first episode of The Scrap Gals and didn't get hooked... I came back when you did "Scrapbooking Your Faith" and THEN you had me ;) )

Great podcast - I really enjoyed listening in and it's fun to hear more about Noell, because usually it's more about other guests on paperclipping :) Thanks! Can't wait for the next installment.
