My studio space fills about 1/3 of our Den. I'm blessed to have great light coming in from seven windows in the room. When we built the house, the floor plan called for one small door against the back wall. I asked my builder if he could put a wall of windows and this is what we came up with. My favorite part about this room is that you almost feel like you're outside, even when you're inside.

I found the white hutch at an antique store and painted it white. It holds lots of supplies in the bottom and currently has a huge flat basket on it with all my December Daily supplies.

I have a small stool to the left of my chair with my Making Memories carousel of tools on it. The stool makes it just the right height.

Here's my view as I create. I usually have the armoire open with Andy Griffith on TV. This might sound crazy but I keep my shades up all the time, even at night. No one ever drives down our dead end street that doesn't live here. Plus our yard is huge so the neighbors are far away. This picture (below) was taken when I had lost a big box of frames that go on my white table. I've found them now so I need to take another picture...
These cubes are primarily where I store everything by color and my photos. For Christmas (2014), I got a huge chalkboard and a huge corkboard framed to put over my desk against the wall. Just have to make hubby take time to help me hang them!
The taller cubes hold my patterned paper, themed embellishments and cardstock. That box of books on the floor is homeschool curriculum I'm selling.

I try to keep everything hidden so it stays neat but I do keep these things two albums in progress, one is my Project Life album, the other just regular layouts, a pink mini I'm making for Caroline about her 13th year, a bucket of buttons/stamps and a basket of blank card bases...
Thanks for taking a peek at where I create! I'm so happy to have this studio area. Definitely one of the blessings in my life.

If there's anything you'd like to see closer, leave me a comment below and I'll try to add a picture!
